Welcome to my Scottish Highland Piper Website and I hope that you will enjoy browsing through the various pages available on the site.  The purpose of this site is to provide you with an insight to the pipes and myself, as a piper, and hopefully if you are considering hiring a piper, mini band or even a full pipe band then you may wish to contact me through my contact page. If you are looking for a Solo Piper for an event then you need look no further. I hopefully will  meet your requirements in respect of all your piping needs. From Weddings to Corporate entertainment from cradle to the grave then I can provide highland piping music to suit the occasion. Having been taught by Pipe Major George Stoddart MBE in the early seventies I have continued to study piping to this day. I have played and entertained at numerous engagements and you can be guaranteed that I can, and will provide, the appropriate music for you on the day in question. I served Stirling & Clackmannanshire Police 1974 (later Central Scotland Police) and retired in 2004 after serving 30yrs. As you can see I can provide a range of uniforms ranging from very casual i.e., Jacobean Shirt and Kilt, right up to the splendour of a Pipers Number 1 uniform in various tartans to suit the occassion. If you require more than one piper I can make the necessary arrangements for your party and can if required even arrange a mini-band or even a full pipe band.
